Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeAdGen (“the service”), an AI-assisted tool that analyzes product pages and generates ad scripts and short-form videos. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.

2. Credits and subscriptions

• Features are metered in credits. Free credits are granted at signup; paid plans grant credits monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited when your account is deleted.
• Credits expire 12 months after they are granted; your oldest credits are always used first.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits granted for that payment are removed — including from your remaining balance.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

3. Acceptable use

You may only analyze product pages and upload media that you have the right to use. You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive (including undisclosed AI-generated endorsements where disclosure is required), infringing, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or farm free credits.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain rights to the material you upload. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the videos and scripts generated for your account commercially. Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain errors — review it before publishing; you are responsible for the ads you run.

5. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings, which cancels any active subscription. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
